With over 15 years in the events industry, Valentina knows what it takes to create experiences that people truly remember. She is the founder of The PIE Network (People in Events), a global community where event professionals connect, share ideas, and learn over a slice of pie (literally!). Through the network, she has built a space where collaboration, mentorship, and inspiration thrive, helping event pros grow both personally and professionally.
Valentina is also the founder of Beyond The Event, where she designs and executes experiences that go beyond the ordinary, celebrating community, connection, and meaningful engagement. She believes that events are more than just gatherings; they’re opportunities to create belonging, spark joy, and forge lasting relationships. Her focus on every detail, before, during, and after each event, ensures attendees leave with memories that last long after the lights go down.
Driven by a love for people and a passion for storytelling through experiences, Valentina blends creativity, strategy, and energy to help others thrive in the world of events. For her, every event is a chance to inspire, connect, and celebrate the magic that happens when people come together.
