Seating is unallocated within the stalls area – feel free to sit wherever you want to chat with your friends, or to meet someone entirely new.
Phones

However, once the talks begin, please avoid taking photos and videos to help you get the most out of the ideas and discussions at your table.

Event Schedule
11:00 – 12:00 – The Warm Up
Network with fellow attendees, and get ready for an exciting day of talks on our stage.
12:00 – 13:15 – Session 1
Join us as we open our event with some amazing speakers, and maybe even a performance from a group from our town.
13:15 – 14:30 – Lunch
Grab a bite to eat before we resume, and discuss some of the ideas you’ve already heard with other attendees. Chat with our speakers from Session 1 at our first speaker meet up of the day.
14:30 – 15:35 – Session 2
Return to the theatre for more ideas as we head into the afternoon.
15:35 – 16:30 – Connection Break
Before we head into the end of our day, chat with friends old and new about what you’ve seen, or grab a quick snack from somewhere around town. Forge new connections with our speakers from Session 2 at our speaker meetups.
16:30 – 17:45 – Session 3
Wrap up the day with some more incredible ideas, and a closing performance to send us off. Plus the opportunity to share your thoughts onstage, reflecting on some of the day’s ideas.
17:45 – 18:15 – The Wrap Up
Grab a drink at the bar, or say hi to our final speakers of the day, before heading home and reminiscing on an insightful day of conversation and fresh, new ideas.
